Thomas Seifried (born 1981 in Ried, Upper Austria) has been working in the Media Interaction Lab since 2007. During his bachelor and masters at the Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg he was researching on different tabletop systems already. During his internship at the HitLab NZ in New Zealand he developed the Coeno One together with Jakob Leitner. Currently Thomas is working on his PhD at the University of Linz (JKU).
His main resarch interests are novel user interfaces and interactions on tabletop displays. In his leisure time he enjoys hiking, travelling, photographing, fixing computers of relatives 
and watching japanese animation.
