The Emotion project focuses on developing two lightweight and high-efficiency ELV (Electric L-category vehicle) demonstrators. As a part of the demonstrators, the project proposes an innovative and user-centric designed HMI, which our lab held a part in developing.
Our goals are to increase user experience and usability through novel HMI concepts and increase driving range by 10% through the onboard information system.
In parallel, we are developing a knitted seat cover that offers novel input and output modalities through smart textiles.
